The desire to improve press efficiency begins with the close liaison between the customer and an Intoco project engineer. The feedback from the press user is invaluable in formulating outline design parameters to produce the initial concepts. After mutually agreeing a design scheme with the customer the project engineer will assume full responsibility for the production of quotations and working drawings.
The project engineer maintains responsibility throughout manufacture, assembly and, where required, installation and commissioning. This system enables Intoco to maintain close liaison with the customer throughout the entire project, and to provide a quality finished product. Following the production of manufacturing drawings and specification sheets and the selection and procurement of suitable materials, the project is then passed to our modern manufacturing facility.
The manufacturing facility is staffed by experienced personnel who report directly to the project engineer as each item progresses through its various stages of manufacture, from raw material to finished component. These components are then transferred to our assembly hall where, in a clean and controlled environment, fitting, testing and inspection prior to despatch is carefully monitored by the project engineer.
